This custom-built automatic timepiece features the ultra-reliable Seiko (TMI) NH35 movement, housed in a robust 42mm stainless steel case. Its crisp white dial is paired with a striking navy blue and orange two-tone bezel, creating a bold yet versatile look—perfect for daily wear or special occasions.
A standout feature that sets this piece apart is the orange shark-shaped seconds hand, adding unique personality and movement to the dial. This same shark motif is meticulously engraved on the automatic movement's rotor, a special detail visible through the exhibition case back.
The watch includes two interchangeable 20mm straps:
A stainless steel bracelet for a classic, elegant style.
A white silicone strap for a sporty and lightweight feel.
To ensure a complete experience, the set comes with the necessary tools to change and adjust the straps yourself, allowing you to switch styles easily at home.
Everything is presented in a dedicated watch box, accompanied by a registration card detailing all its features and a cleaning cloth to keep your timepiece in pristine condition.
This watch is water-resistant, suitable for daily splashes, rain, and hand washing. However, exposure to saltwater or deep-sea activities is not recommended to help preserve the integrity and longevity of its components.
Each Torque piece is carefully hand-assembled with extreme attention to detail, offering durability, precision, and a unique character that stands out from mass-produced watches.
I’m Tomás — an industrial engineer from the southeast of Spain, where the sun hits metal in a way that makes every surface feel alive. Since I was a kid, I’ve been drawn to the quiet logic of mechanical design, to the way a simple force can set an entire system in motion.
That idea became the heart of TORQUE.
In engineering, torque is the rotational force that makes things turn — invisible, but essential. To me, it’s also a metaphor: the spark that pushes a person to create, to build, to give shape to something that didn’t exist before. TORQUE is that spark made tangible.
In a small corner of my home, far from assembly lines and industrial noise, I hand‑assemble every TORQUE watch. It’s a slow process — intentionally slow — guided by patience, precision, and the quiet satisfaction of working with my hands. There’s no mass production here. Just the rhythm of tools, the scent of metal, and the feeling that each piece deserves its own time.
Inside every watch beats a first‑quality Japanese movement: NH automatics, VK quartz chronographs from Seiko, or the Miyota 8285. I choose them because they offer the reliability that every mechanical creation deserves. But a TORQUE watch is not a Seikomod. I don’t replicate classics or borrow logos. Each model begins as a blank page, shaped by its own aesthetic, its own configuration, its own personality.
TORQUE is a personal project built on authenticity and purpose. It’s for people who appreciate honest craftsmanship, original design, and the idea that a timepiece can carry a trace of the person who assembled it — their decisions, their care, their story.
